What are your office hours?

Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Is security present?

Yes! Meta Christy House offers 24/7 on-site security.

Do you offer month-to-month leasing?

We do not offer month-to-month leasing. You must sign a lease for a minimum of 30-days and you may be asked to provide a rotation/class schedule to confirm that you are a current or future PCOM student.

What is your guest policy?

All guests are required to sign-in and present photo ID upon entry. There are no time restricitions for your guests.

Do you allow pets?

No, unfortunately we are not a pet-friendly community.

What amenities are included?

Meta Christy House features fully furnished units, free parking, free laundry service, 15+ study lounges equipped with whiteboards, 24/7 coffee, free printing/copy service and all-inclusive pricing!

Are utilities included in rent?

Yes! All utilities are included in the rent!

What type of floorplans are available?

Meta Christy House offers Studio 1 (333 sq. ft.), One-Bedroom (433 sq. ft.) and One-Bedroom Corner (473 sq. ft.) units. Please contact our office for current availability.

Am I permitted to bring my own furniture, even though the units are furnished?

You are welcome to swap any of the provided furniture for your own; however, you are responsible for storing any MCH furniture and replacing it upon your move-out.

Do I have to reserve a study lounge?

Study lounges are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations are required.

Is parking available? If so, how much is it?

Parking is available in a gated lot located directly across the street from Meta Christy Houae. There is no additional fee for parking!

Are there laundry facilities on-site?

Yes, there are 12 laundry room throughout the building. Each laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers. There is no additional fee to use the laundry rooms!
